M32 satellite galaxy stability

If M32, Andromeda’s satellite galaxy, were in place of our Large Magellanic Cloud, would it be torn asunder? Assuming they are at the same distance from their larger respective galaxies, would the difference in mass of such satellite galaxies account for Andromeda’s satellite galaxy remaining intact? Might a scenario of past capture of M32, together with orbital dynamics be a factor?  TMM
