No change in eccentricity to earth’s orbit?

Milankovitch climate model, in part accounts for an ~ 100,000 year cycle, based on supposed change in eccentricity of earth’s orbit based upon a favorable positioning of Jupiter’s gravitational effect. However the sun moves only a few centimeters (?), due to Jupiter’s gravitational effect. In contrast, one has essentially just a 2-body effect of the sun’s mass affecting curvature and hence earth’s geodesic  i.e. orbit.  Such mass of sun does not essentially change; hence curvature, and thus earth’s orbit, remain the same. Thus no change in earth’s orbit eccentricity.
